01What information should I provide to request a quote?+
You can share the product type, number of pallets or cartons, packaging dimensions, gross weight, estimated storage duration and expected arrival and departure dates. Please also mention any special storage or handling needs. Our team uses these details to assess the service scope.
02How is the storage cost determined?+
Costs are assessed according to the space or volume occupied, weight, storage duration, movement frequency and handling requirements. Whether transport and other operational items are included is clarified at the quotation stage.
03What types of goods can I store?+
Acceptance suitability is assessed after you share the goods description, packaging and special requirements. Facility suitability and necessary conditions for hazardous, sensitive, temperature-controlled or specially regulated goods must be confirmed separately.
04Can I extend the storage period?+
Please inform our team of any change before the planned release date. A revised plan is agreed after considering space availability, operational scheduling, the contract and the procedures applicable to the goods.
05What documents are required for imports?+
Invoices, packing lists, transport documents and product details are shared for planning. Product and procedure-specific document, permit and declaration requirements should be clarified with your customs broker. The same set of documents may not apply to every product.

Storage of goods under customs supervision is assessed within the relevant procedure and acceptance conditions. Share the goods' status, document details and arrival plan with our team to establish the appropriate process.
07What information should I provide for transit cargo?+
Providing the goods description, packaging and weight, origin and destination, carrier, transit documents and estimated arrival and departure dates helps planning. Document and procedure requirements are confirmed with the relevant parties.
08Is loading and unloading support available for transit cargo?+
Our service scope includes loading and unloading suited to the vehicle and handling support according to product needs. Vehicle type, packaging and equipment requirements should be shared in advance, with operations confirmed during acceptance.
09Do you offer inventory tracking and handling services?+
In addition to product tracking and inventory control, sorting, classification, barcoding, palletising or repacking may be planned as required. Specify the necessary operations before requesting a quote to clarify scope and cost.
10Can I request temperature or humidity-controlled storage?+
Please provide the required temperature or humidity range and storage duration in advance. Whether these conditions can be provided for the relevant area and goods is assessed separately. Shipment plans should not be finalised before acceptance is confirmed.
11How should I plan release and dispatch?+
Share the requested release date, product list, quantities, vehicle and delivery location. The loading schedule is coordinated with stock preparation, handling requirements and any customs procedures.
12Which cost items are assessed separately in a quote?+
Storage, arrival and release operations, handling, loading and unloading, and any transport needs may be assessed as separate cost items. The quote should clearly define service fees and the scope of third-party costs, taxes and official charges.
